My final two medical documents were received by the agency! I was given the name and number of a local mental health clinic and Dr to set up an appointment to take some tests and talk! It feels like just by getting all of my medical records over to the agency we have finished half a marathon! I seriously did not think it could take MONTHS to get stuff faxed. I know while I write this, no one is reading. But I wanted to keep as accurate of a record date for myself and perhaps for others looking into this process. They were NOT joking when they said the paperwork alone can take awhile. They are down to needing the last two documents from my OB's office. So, I will be putting in a request for those again and hopefully they will get to the agency early...
